From my first meeting with Glen Vandenhoek of Hooky’s Roofing I was impressed by his professionalism, attention to detail and enthusiasm.  Glen’s quote was highly competitive and we chose to employ his company based on our “gut feeling” that the job would be done well and without any hassles.  Glen didn’t prove us wrong.

Glen’s attention to detail isn’t limited to his roofing work, we were provided with detailed written quotes and tax invoices keeping us informed at all times of the expected timing for our job.  We received information from Glen on warranties, insurance and replacement tile choices without any prompting.

We were advised that work would commence on our roof on Monday, February 13th and would be completed by the end of that week.  Good to his word Glen and his team arrived on Monday morning and by Friday the entire job was completed, all rubbish removed and the driveway and courtyard area tidied.

Needless to say we were extremely happy with Hooky’s Roofing.  Glen runs a tight team who are all pleasant and courteous, the job was completed with great attention to safety and detail and most importantly on time.  I have no hesitation in recommending Glen and his team at Hooky’s Roofing and wish Glen well with his business.
