Other quotes failed to include the cost of skylight replacement or structural timber reinforcement. These items would have cost the body corporate above quote costs.

The advice Glen gave us in regard to material choice and colour choice was excellent. Although it was a dirty and dusty job he told us beforehand what to expect. Also the storage of materials caused minimum inconvenience to the normal use of the building.. The removal of waste material as specified in the contract was also good.
